Job Summary:
The Warranty Analyst plays a key role in managing and maintaining all warranty-related accounts, with a primary focus on Caterpillar warranty claims. This position is responsible for processing, researching, and administering warranty claims while ensuring accuracy and compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
You will act as a key liaison between internal departments, manufacturers, and customers, providing technical warranty support and helping drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process, review, and submit warranty claims in accordance with Caterpillar and internal guidelines
- Research and resolve discrepancies, denied claims, and warranty issues to maximize recovery
- Maintain accurate warranty records, documentation, and reporting systems
- Collaborate with service, parts, and sales teams to ensure proper claim documentation and submission
- Provide technical warranty guidance and support to internal stakeholders
- Monitor warranty claim trends and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Ensure compliance with corporate, manufacturer, and accounting policies
- Communicate claim status, updates, and resolutions in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with audits and reporting related to warranty activity
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- 3–5 years of related industry experience
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications
- Working knowledge of corporate and manufacturer warranty policies, procedures, and accounting practices

Physical Requirements:
Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; and to verbally communicate to exchange information. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
