JOB SUMMARY:

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We're looking for a dynamic Parts Warehouse employee to join our team and help us maintain our heavy equipment and engine parts inventory. If you have a passion for working with mechanical parts and enjoy collaborating with service technicians and customers, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Inventory Management: Keep our parts warehouse organized and ensure we have everything our service technicians and customers need. Also perform cycle counts on inventory and daily cleaning tasks.
Order Fulfillment: Process parts orders, pick and pack items, make hydraulic hoses, and deliver parts as needed.
Customer Interaction: Work closely with service technicians and customers to understand their parts needs and provide excellent service.
Computer/Phone Skills: Work with customers and sales reps, in person and over the phone, to look-up and identify necessary parts in parts diagrams and schematics. Provide superior customer service.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Previous warehouse and inventory experience, with time spent in a mechanical parts environment will be preferred but not required.
Knowledge: Familiarity with CAT heavy equipment and diesel engine parts is a plus!

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Lifting/Carrying 40 lbs. Lift/Carry and 50lb pull
Repetitive Motions: Frequent movement requiring hands, wrists, and fingers.
Dexterity Normal
Frequent standing/sitting up and down stairs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
