JOB SUMMARY:
Support duties will be for the Tool Room.
The person will be responsible for pulling, logging, tracking incoming and outgoing tooling to our shop and field technicians as well as our other Ohio CAT branches, tracking and planning all tool repairs & replacements for our technicians and our tool room inventory, checking, cleaning, refilling all kits as they are logged out and returned, as well as ordering parts and returning parts for shop and field orders, stocking bolt and nuts bins and consumable supplies.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and have an excellent teamwork ethic.
- Knowledge of tooling and heavy equipment.
COMPETENCIES:
- Applicant must be very organized with an extreme focus on cleanliness.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word.
- Great communication skills required.
- To be able to work independently and always require little supervision in daily tasks, as well as be safety-conscious.
- This individual must be highly motivated and possess excellent computer, communication, and organizational skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Lifting/Carrying 40 lbs. Lift/Carry and 50lb pull
- Repetitive Motions: Frequent movement requiring hands, wrists, and fingers.
- Dexterity Normal
- Frequent standing/sitting up and down stairs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
